The NFL announced Wednesday that it's officially adding a Thanksgiving Eve game to its schedule, and the matchup is a banger.
The Los Angeles Rams will host the Green Bay Packers on Wednesday, Nov. 25 in what will be the league's first-ever game to fall on the day before Thanksgiving.
The prime-time bout will stream on Netflix.
The Packers and Rams haven't played a Wednesday game since 1938 and 1948, respectively.
The NFL features three Thanksgiving Day games each year, with the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions traditionally serving as hosts during the marquee slate. Green Bay has played each of the past three Thanksgivings.
Meanwhile, Netflix announced that it'll broadcast the NFL Honors ceremony for the first time in February 2027, before the Super Bowl.
The NFL will reveal its full 2026 regular-season schedule Thursday.
