Duke's Foster available vs. St. John's
Duke guard Caleb Foster is available for Friday's Sweet 16 tilt against St. John's.
Foster underwent surgery on March 8 after sustaining a foot fracture in the Blue Devils' regular-season finale.
Duke had previously ruled out the 6-foot-5 guard indefinitely, but the team reportedly believed that he could return if it made the Final Four.
Foster has been a key starter for the Blue Devils when healthy, averaging 8.5 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists across 31 appearances this season.
Freshman guard Cayden Boozer has stepped up in Foster's absence, tallying 13.8 points and 3.2 assists per contest over his last five games.
Patrick Ngongba returned to the lineup in the Round of 32 versus TCU after missing the entire ACC Tournament as well as the team's NCAA Tournament opener due to a foot injury.
Duke is seeking its third straight Elite Eight appearance.
