Former WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will return to the ring for a tuneup bout against Mariusz Wach on July 24 in Pattaya, Thailand, it was announced Tuesday.
Fury will fight on Netflix one day before Anthony Joshua faces Kristian Prenga in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If both Fury and Joshua emerge victorious, they could square off in a blockbuster bout in late 2026.

Fury returned from a 15-month retirement in April, defeating Arslanbek Makhmudov by unanimous decision at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. The 37-year-old Englishman got back on track following consecutive losses to former undisputed champion Oleksandr Usyk.
Wach, a 46-year-old from Poland, holds a 39-13 professional record with 20 knockouts. He's coming off a loss in March and is 1-3 in his last four outings dating back to 2024.
Wach competed in a bizarre three-versus-one exhibition MMA bout in his home country last year, defeating three influencers.
